Developing healthy rhythms in everyday life includes creativity. What better time than now to discover what your creative outlet is?
For me: Basically creating anything.
For example, I have really been loving Procreate. I have had a lot of fun experimenting with all the different brushes. Creating lots of graphics.
Obviously, this is not something that you have to do too. You may be thinking…Bethany, I have no artistic bone in my whole body.
I beg to differ. Maybe you are not an artist that paints, designs, sculpts, etc… Let me help you figure out how you can be creative, or maybe you already are and do not know it.

Think of what you do everyday and make a list. Seriously, try it. What on that list takes creativity? Yes, cooking counts. Personally, cooking stresses me out unless it is a super simple recipe.
