For a belated birthday gift, my parents took me to see the tulips at the Dallas Arboretum.
We probably walked for 3-4 miles. It was so nice to walk and see all the different kinds of tulips. They were so beautiful!
During the springtime is the best time to go for a walk at the park. In the DFW Metroplex, we have so many parks. I definitely have my favorites where I know there will be more fun nature surroundings and more flowers.

Yes, this is a grounding exercise. If you really struggle with anxiety, it may be harder for you to refocus on your surroundings. That is okay.
Just getting outside helps. Breathing fresh air.

Taking off your shoes and walking around your yard. (Be careful if you have pets! lol!)
