Tension headaches are the worst part of stress.
I do not get them as much as I used to thanks to chiropractic care.

This continues to be the best $5 ever spent! When I am really trying to destress, there is a ‘deep relaxation’ setting that I play with music or an audio book.
This app has specific sound waves that break the pain cycle.
I cannot describe what it sounds like other than comparing it to the sound of wind (It does not sound like wind.) on top of whatever you are listening to.
