Tea or Coffee?

I love taking time for tea. Gives me the time to sit and relax.

Taking a tea or coffee break helps to give your brain a break, which results in less stress.

I encourage you mid-morning and mid-afternoon to try and take a tea or coffee break☕️ for at least fifteen minutes.

  1. Sit in a quiet place
  2. Take time to slowly sip
  3. Breathe in and breathe out
